Lunch recommendation for today - between Gramercy and Chelsea

Hi all -- looking for a healthy lunch spot for two. Would like it to be sit down and not take away. Healthy salads or fish preferred. Any ideas?

    It would be helpful if you had indicated your budget. But that said...

    Eleven Madison Park's 2 for $28 lunch menu includes superb salads, fish and seafood.

    Allegretti serves delicious Provençal-style cuisine. There are several salads and fish dishes on the lunch menu.
