Your difficulty in locating an “El Churry” may be because it is a proprietary name for a product exclusive to Puerto Rico. Been to El Gallo Giro and Tito's, nothing close to the mixto, plus the place in PR marinates in sofrito for 2 days. I know I will not get it here but was hoping to get close. I will check out the other places you have mentioned. TY
