So weird that I just saw this post, because I actually had the best Dark and Stormy I have ever had last night at Leon's Full Service in Decatur.

Great post, my favorite summertime beverage. Had an awesome Dark-n-Stormy last year at Abattoir. The bartender makes his own ginger beer. It was pretty damn good. As an aside, the best restaurant D/S I ever had was at WD-50 in NY. IDK what they did, but I have been trying to replicate it ever since.

Noon Midtown makes a variation called the Jack Sparrow (I think, something like that), that is really really good. Parish makes a straightforward one. Holeman & Finch and Drinkshop can definitely do you up right as well.
