The best natural culinary arts schools in North America?
What I'm looking for:
+ a legit school (accredited, perhaps)
+ focus on eating for health
+ knowledgeable, helpful staff
I don't care where it is or how much tuition is.
Places I've seen:
- Bauman College
- Natural Gourmet Institute (NY)
- Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts
If you've graduated from a natural cooking school, I especially want your opinion!
