Brought some home from a vacation...served it the first night with mashed taters, and the second night in a grilled cheese. Thinking about using it in my usual recipe for smoked chicken chowder but am open to suggestions...?
An onion roll, mustard, thinly sliced pork with some dill pickles, and if you have cole slaw, top it with that as well. [A favorite treat my husband had growing up in Southwest Georgia.] A favorite sandwich but we just can't find decent tasting pork loins anymore that we can afford.
