Lobster meat literally disintegrated!

I thought I knew a bit about seafood, but a recent experience has me dumbfounded. I prepared a lobster salad (similar to a shrimp salad), refrigerated it overnight and intended to eat it for lunch the next day. When I tried to eat it, it had a lobster flavor, but there was, virtually, no lobster meat. What am I missing?!

    I've always heard that those people are often culprits in "missing" lobster meat ...

        Yup, someone in your household picked out all the good bits and ate them. Or Ninjas rappelled from your roof in the middle of the night and had a feast. Either way, I would be highly annoyed and seeking revenge!
