Best ceviche in DFW?

One place with an authentic Peruvian style ceviche that I thought was a good value was Gran Machu Picchu on NW Highway in Garland.

Stephan Pyles. Bronzini with fennel and vanilla. Plus you get to sit in front of the kitchen at the ceviche bar and chat up the chefs.

I'd also second Calle Doce for a traditional ceviche.

Can I nominate the worst ceviche in Dallas?

The tuna ceviche at Iron cactus. It was a heap of tuna sliced thick, and hadnt been marinated adequately in citrus. Lots of meat but poor quality.

Wont be going back.

Had some at La Calle Dolce in Lakewood this weekend and it was very good.

For take out, there's some great ceviche at the seafood counter at El Rancho. Several kinds. I favor the mixed ceviche with octopus. Delish.
