The Best Hot Dogs?

After waking up too early for a Saturday morning, I am watching Hot Dog Paradise on the Travel Channel and it got me thinking. What is the best hot dog in Boston? For hot dogs I tend to go to Spike's (to relive my college memories in Providence) or Windy City Eats (to help my fiance relive her childhood in Chicago). Who has the best hot dog and what are your toppings?
