How Do I Fill Sink Mounted Soap Dispenser?

We just put in a new sink and a Blanco Soap Dispenser. Apparently, you fill it from the top but I do not know how to do it! When I pull off the top, I do not see an opening for pouring liquid soap. HELP! TIA.

  1. Are you sure you don't unscrew the reservoir from underneath to fill it?

    1. When you pull off the top doesn't that leave a hole to fill with soap?

Yes, I finally figured it out. The first few times I tried it, it was hard to get the top off and I did not want to pull too hard - thought I'd break something - the manufacturer sent me some tips, too. Thanks.

      2. The only one I've used (which is part of a Delta faucet set) had the whole pumping mechanism just held on by weight. The reservoir is permanently mounted to the bottom. After all, it would be rather inconvenient to have to get underneath behind the sink just to refill the soap! So you just pull the entire mechanism off the top and put the soap in there.

I'm guessing yours works the same way, though I can't be sure. Don't you have the instruction book? ;-)

Mine also works that way...just pull out the pumping mechanism from the top and fill the dispenser from the un-screwing from underneath...

It's all figured out now - see above - but no, I did not have the instruction book because the installers threw out all the paperwork that came with it (Grrrrrrr) and I could not find it on line. I emailed manufacturer directlyand that did the trick! Thanks.

          2. You should get a Never M-T. We have had a Costco sized bottle of dish soap under the counter for at least a couple years without refilling.
