Lean kosher corned beef or pastrami by overnight mail

Once in a while I get a hankering for a good corned beef sandwich, but I don't live near a city with kosher options (good thing I like to eat vegetarian food most of the time). I was wondering if you've had any good experiences with ordering lean kosher corned beef or pastrami from a business that offers overnight shipping on ice and which businesses you might recommend.

You can order from Kohn's in St Louis - http://www.kohnskosher.com/ - I have had it shipped but what they server out of the deli is very good and I assume it would be the same or grillers pride out atlanta will also ship - http://www.grillerspride.com/

How do they get around shipping across state lines without a USDA number?

They might not make their own but rely on national brands -

aviglatt.com also delivers. Keep your expectations low with all of these.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I'll post again after I order.

Jeff's Gourmet Sausage in Los Angeles. A bit lean for my old fashioned taste but the most flavorful deli I have ever eaten. (I have never ordered, I go there, but they do ship.)

Another option is to buy pickled brisket or deckle from Golden Glatt West and cook it, but then you will need to slice it by hand and it won't be deli-thin.
