Private Dining Room Wanted

I am looking for a private dining room for a function for approx. 30 guests. Preferably in the Midtown core (Bayview/Yonge, Davisville/Eglinton).

I would appreciate any suggestions. The event is to be semi-formal so no pubs!

Quince has been recommended before in such requests. I've had the food. Great care in service, presentation, and quality.
