Looking ahead to fall (when my sons heads back to school and life seems to get more hectic) I'd love to have a few great crock pot recipes up my sleeve. Any of you have favorites you'd like to share?

my favs a NE boiled dinner in a crock pot - sooo easy, sooo delish. I don't use my crockpot as much as I'd to.
