Delicious, Budget-friendly Baltimore on a Monday night

Where do you like to go on Mondays to get some good grub and drinks on a (moderate) budget?

The only place I'm coming up with off the top of my head is Annabel Lee, which I love, but I'm looking for more options. Thanks!

The best deal I can think of for dining on a budget is 35 cent wings at Stalking Horse on Cross Street in Federal Hill. Although not a place that would immediately jump out at you as offering good food, I think most people are pleasantly surprised by the quality of wings and the inventive sauces available to choose from - there are at least a dozen varieties for all tastes. They have drink specials as well. Not exactly the most "chowhound" place around but great for a budget.

If you have some time, these two websites might be worth looking through:

When I go out on a Monday night, it's usually to Ropewalk Tavern for half price burgers.

Corks usually does half price foie gras (!) on but they're closed on Mondays until after Labor Day.
