I would probably combine Dynamo with your trip to Humprey Slocombe (as they are relatively close) or a snack before/after Tartine (with possibly a walk to work off calories).
Then you can grab an early brunch at Koi Palace and then wander around in Napa until your reservation at French Laundry. Slightly more geographically friendly options for dim sum would be Yank Sing (if you're going by the Golden Gate Bridge) or Asian Pearl (if you are going by way of the East Bay). I would definitely recommend maximizing the amount of time and exercise between meals for dim sum and the French Laundry.

That's a nice list. I'd be happy.
The only thing to me, Dynamo Donuts, Koi Palace and the French Laundry on the same day sounds ambitious but I can see it if you're visiting.
Koi Palace and TFL seems too much, possible sensory overload and requiring potentially a lot of wait/drive time...but why not. And I can't really think of anything else except for something light like soup (caldo de pollo, ramen or XLBs). Koi Palace will be good...perhaps just eat light (as opposed to ordering until you're stuffed).

Wow, you're really jumping all over the place!
Can't go wrong with Ferry Building!
I would recommend going to Koi Palace early, especially on a Sunday. Early as in right when it opens. Waits on Sunday can easily be up to 2 hours but I've been eating there for more than 10 years and their system has gotten a little better, but it's still flawed. Maybe even skip the Dynamo Donuts in the morning?
Also, congrats on getting a French Laundry table!-----

re: chaseshadows
I think Koi Palace at 9 (make sure you get XO diced mushroom and pork dumpling, # 427 on the check-off menu, and dungeness XLB with whole fried crab #436), picking up a donut snack as you drive through the city (have snack around 2), then TFL would work.
Great looking itinerary!
