Need help with Saturday Lunch w/Grandmother in West Chester

Let me apologize in advance if this is the wrong board. I don't know if West Chester falls under Philly or PA board.

This Saturday I have plans to take my Grandmother out to lunch in West Chester and I have no clue where to bring her. My requirements are: She prefers seafood, but will eat anything not too extreme. She is partially blind so somewhere without a lot of steps and not too dark. I don't think she has any hearing issues, but I would rather somewhere not too loud. Price under $30 a person (no alcohol, entree, dessert).

Thanks!

Not exactly West Chester...but Simon Pearce might be a perfect choice....elevator makes it easy to get to second floor...and lots of windows overlooking the brandywine...

Is this somewhere I would need reservations for around 1pm or should we be able to just walk in?

to be safe i would make a reservation tho i think they would seat you without....with a reservation you may be able to request a window seat....overlooking the river..so pretty!

Thanks, I made a reservation just in case (don't want to risk having my gma standing around waiting). I talked to my mom and come to find out that this is where she and my aunt bring my gma for birthdays and mothers day. So it is both somewhere she likes and since she has vision problems somewhere she is familiar with.
