Frozen crepes in Calgary?

In addition to my kielbasa sausage post, I'm looking for some frozen crepes to take camping with us.

Had been using tortillas before, but I think crepes would be a nice change of pace - fill it with nutella, marshmallows & banana for dessert; eggs and smoked salmon for brekkie...

Does Ladybug at CFM sell them frozen?

Or has anyone seen it elsewhere?

you can also buy fresh Crepes at most Sobeys and Calgary Co-ops in the Produce Department. They are a Friedas label and are shelf stable until the package is opened and then need to be refrigerated.

We just make our own while camping. They use pretty basic ingredients.

Another fun camping brekkie is breakfast tacos. Eggs + sausage or bacon + cheese + salsa in two Las Tortillas corn tortillas. Heated in pan so cheese melts. YUM!

Good suggestion! Never thought about making it before - I just tried it using Alton Brown's recipe. It is pretty simple!

I like your breakfast taco idea as well - I might just go pick up some of those Las Tortilla corn ones. Do they sell them anywhere close to downtown, or do I still have to trek to the NE store?

Unimarket carries them plus another brand of Tortillas. They just opened a new location at 128 50th Ave SE, just off Macleod Trail.
