Fresh Native Corn

Where can I buy fresh, native corn in the Milford, Merrimack, Nashua, NH area?

If you drive to Hollis there are several options, Lull, Brookdale, Kimball & Lavoie farms all have their own corn. If you don't want to drive to Hollis, Lavoie Farms has "sattelite" locations at The Big One in Nashua and at Haywards in Nashua, both on differnt ends of the DW highway. Last night I didn't feel like driving and got corn from the Lavoie truck at The Big One it was very good. Lull also has a "sattellite" store in Brookline on Route 13, just south of the Route 13/Brookline exit off of 101 west. Litchfield also has several farm stands, but depending on where you are starting from it can be a long drive because of the bridges/merrimack river.

Fitch''s had a sign up today for NH Corn. I have seen him pick it up at Lull Farm sometimes, but they also have a small patch of their own (which I think isn't ready yet). Up the road from there Trombly's also has corn and I think theirs is ready now. Both are on N. River Rd. in Milford.

Trombly's is our favorite--we look forward to it all summer. Glad to hear it's ready!

They also have a new stand in front of Frederick's on 101A in Amherst! If you like Trombly's and are on Facebook you can get their updates through that!

That's great to know! I'll be able to balance out something divinely bad for me at Frederick's by stopping for fresh veggies on the way out. ;)

I think Litchfield, either McQuesten Farm or Wilson's although I do think McQuesten's is the best.
