Birthday dinner for a single in Tucson?

Looking for a nice place for a birthday dinner for myself in Tucson. Must be open on Sundays and accommodating to singles (ie. service is still good to a single diner). Price range under $25/plate, West Coast oysters a plus. Willing to drive, but not to Phoenix.

Bluefin Seafood Bistro usually has a selection of oysters, sometimes including the west coast.

Im sure this is too late, but i thought i would share it with you. Sushimatsu, which is inside of Yoshimatsu on campbell just south of glenn. I eat there alone alot. Its elegant small and quit with a little jazz piped in for atmosphere.

Kingfisher has excellent food (and oysters), pretty reasonable prices, and the staff is friendly and gracious to all.

Thanks for recommending Kingfisher. I read somewhere that they were closed for part of the summer - any affirmation of that?
