Banh Mi in Redondo Beach, Torrance, Lawndale Area?

Does anyone know of any place in the vicinity around Redondo/Manhattan/Hermosa beach that sells Banh Mi??? I'm dying to find a place nearby!!

Daily Wok, in the old Lori's location, now serves Vietnamese food. Bahn mi is OK if you need a fix an you're in the neighborhood. Corner of Western and Gardena.

I haven't been to the other pho restaurants in the area to sample their sandwiches, so I'll refrain from recommending anything else for now. You could do some recon and let us know what you find...

I go to the Daily Wok sometimes when I go to the library next to it. Their sandwiches are only $2 and the people who work there are really nice! It's good food if you are in a hurry and want something quick and inexpensive. I'm surprised it's not more crowded--it's decent!

There is also the Bahn Mi shop which is in the plaza with the Pho place and the Vietnamese Grocery store right near Redondo Beach Blvd and Crenshaw. The sandwiches are decent, nothing to write home about, but the Pho in the other place is what we visit the plaza for.

Have any other Banh mi places opened in the South Bay? I've been to Saigon Flavor at Carson & Crenshaw. Their sandwiches were OK. The owners were very nice, but it's a sit-down place and not really set up for take out orders.

the only two in south bay are

Gardena Tapioca Express on Artesia and Normandie. Across the street from Ranch 99. It's a tapioca place but serves banh mi.

the other one is in Lawndale.

Saigon Kitchen Prairie and Rosecrans in the strip mall with Jon's supermarket.
