looking for great North Fork wedding caterer -

Hi All - Getting Married in the North Fork next summer (yes summer 2011 - trying to get a head start!) It will be at a small private vineyard near Mattituck meaning we need to bring in our own catering, tables chairs etc. Can anyone recommend a caterer (or restaurant that caters) in the area? We've looked and seen a few that piqued our interest and more than a few that have not. Hoping to find one that tries to use the local/seasonal as much as possible. we ultimately want a rustic but contemporary dinner/reception - a farm to table vibe that complements the vineyard. but in the end would really just be happy fresh well thought out menu. Trying to avoid white tablecloth /shrimp cocktail - chicken or beef wild rice menus of many caterers we've seen. A couple caterers that seem interesting are below? thoughts on these any others?

I don't know what your budget is or how large a wedding you are planning, but have you talked to North Fork Table and Inn. It is absolutely the best food on the North Fork. Jamesport Country Kitchen is a good suggestion too.

I attended a fabulous wedding at a Vineyard on the North Fork that was catered by Jamesport Country Kitchen. The food was the best at any wedding I've been too. No pre-selection of entrees. The waiters came around with 3 choices (including amazing seared rare tuna) and sides and you could choose what you like. Cuts down on waste and everyone can have what they want. They use local ingredients.
