19-20 Year Old Girls Night - PLEASE HELP :)

Im looking to find a dinner place for about 6 girls that is fun, not too expensive(25-30 per person), has a great atmosphere and great food! Were in Manhattan and have been wanting to get together and have a nice dinner before we all depart to our separate schools again, any suggestions?!?!?!

What cuisines do you prefer? What neighborhoods do you prefer? Any special dietary restrictions, allergies, picky eaters?

"Great atmosphere" and "great food" are not enough to go on. Manhattan has literally thousands of restaurants.
