Manchego cheese

I bought a wedge...now what do I do with it ??

    Slice it and eat it! Excellent with fruit (thin slices of green apple or pear). It's usually served with a quince paste (membrillo) but quince or fig jelly is a very good side, either with or without crackers.

      where'd you find it? It's common in Mexican/Spanish foods.

        Not 100% sure...did a lot of food shopping one day...but probably Glatt Express in Teaneck
