Where to eat near Harvard MASS?

We are meeting a friend in Harvard Mass (the town, not the school) and want a leisurely and good dinner where we can hear each other talk. We are willing to drive 20 or 30 minutes. Any cuisine will do.

Look at the posts on this forum for the same question for Acton and Concord. If you could narrow the cuisine / Price range/atmosphere down a bit i could help.

Gibbett Hill in Groton is one suggestion.
I have not been there but it gets decent reviews here. Im more into ethnic/asian places so if that interests you i can give a list.

Clinton is very close to Harvard--if you're interested in an Irish restaurant/pub with lots of character and decent food, the Old Timer may be worth checking out.

The Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton would be a good option - I've eaten there - its a large space with friendly upscale but not fancy ambience, a popular place - emphasizes steaks and local products.

You could do worse than the historic Colonial Inn in Concord - I was quite impressed with their Sunday brunch and found their lunch quite acceptable, although I've never been for dinner.

A third option, which I have never tried but which looks interesting, is the restaurant at the nearby Nashoba Valley Winery. They seem the most ambitious (and expensive) of these three, although the Gibbet Hill Grill is not far behind.

Chloe Bistro in Hudson is probably about 20 minutes. That is a nice place, quiet and good food.

There was a Korean restaurant in Ayer, that used to get good reviews, but I can't remember the name of it...maybe someone can. That would be very close.

It is called Woo Jung. We really like the food. Not much on atmosphere though!

Nashoba Winery in Bolton is lovely. 5 minutes from Harvard.
