Cool local breakfast and dinner suggestions
Looking for a place somewhere between the airport and the Franklin Institute to have an early (7 am or so) breakfast on Wed morning. Need a place to hang out until the Institute opens. Will have a car so decent parking would be nice. Leading candidate is Cafe Estelle, but open to all ideas.
Also need a place for an early dinner on Wed before the Rush concert in Camden. Someplace between the airport and the arena would be good. Will be just one person. Like ethnic, but also would love something that epitomizes Philadelphia.
Thank you for any ideas.

Go with Cafe Estelle for breakfast. It's not in between the FI and the airport as the crow flies, but in a car it's close enough, it's just off the Callowhill exit. I'm not sure I understand your travel plans: are you going back to the airport between the Institute and the show? If so, one place that is very good and epitomizes Philadelphia is Tony Luke's, get a roast pork sandwich with broccoli rabe and provolone. It's just off 95, so you can take 95 from the airport, get off for a sandwich, and go over the Walt Whitman bridge into NJ. It's not a sit-down restaurant though, so if you're looking for something a little more upscale with table service, there are a few other places.

re: Buckethead
Good advice all around. If you are going from the airport to Camden and aren't rushed, try eating at the bar at the South Philly Tap Room if you want a more sit down experience and a beer. Tony Luke's epitomizes the Philly cheesesteak/sandwich experience (both the roast pork and cheesesteak are good) and SPTR epitomizes the Philly Gastropub scene.

re: PaqpIn
You can also consider eating in Old City Philadelphia, and then parking on the Philadelphia side at Penns Landing and taking the River Link Ferry over to Camden. Short walk up to the concert venue and saves traffic and crossing the bridge twice. One place to consider eating is Eulogy, as well as Zento which has good sushi, or Zahav, a great Middle Eastern restaurant.
