looking for 1 day cooking class in London?

We will be visiting London, Bath & the Cotswolds and looking for an interesting 1 day cooking class. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Other places to check out in London:

Billingsgate Fish Market also runs courses on fishmongery and fish cookery (haven't been to the market, but it sounds worth a trip just to see it):

Has anyone tried the classes at Trinity in Clapham? The restaurant itself seems to receive stellar reviews from a number of people on here, so it would be interesting to know if the classes compare.

I did a very enjoyable sushi class in Wimbledon, which just about counts as London! She does various Japanese cookery classes as well as sushi:

The Bertinet Kitchen in Bath is great - I've heard good reports about the cookery classes, although I've only been to a baking class there (which I would heartily recommend). It's very conveniently located for a Bath visitor (in between the main shopping area and the Royal Crescent, just by the Assembly Rooms).
