We just returned from the Wynn. I'm not sure how you plan to spend your days but my favourite breakfast was the day I went to the Terrace Pointe Cafe and picked up a bagel with cream cheese and some yogurt with fruit and granola to go and ate it poolside. If you were looking for more of a sit down experience before you head out for the day I suggest Bouchon - you can get there almost entirely inside (just have to cut across the walkway from the Wynn to the Palazzo and then walk through).

The Country Club Restaurant at the Wynn has a nice brunch on Saturdays from 9:30am and a Sunday Jazz Brunch from10am. http://wynnlasvegas.com/#dining/count... The view of the golf course with its waterfall is really pretty!

We can't forget the old standby... The Peppermill. About a 1/2 mile north of the Wynn on the same side of the street. Big portions, cute waitresses, even prettier cocktail waitresses. Try a Ramos Fizz along with breakfast.

Let's see...in order of distance from Wynn:
          (1) Tableau (Wynn). Formal yet relaxed atmosphere, with well executed standard fare.
          (2) Bouchon (Venetian). My favorite. Simple food prepared very well.
          (3) MOzen (Mandarin Oriental). Like the hotel, pretty formal.
          (4) The Verandah (Four Seasons/Mandalay Bay).

Thank you Larry.. did you see a post earlier today where someone mentioned a nice breakfast place about a 20 minute walk from the Wynn with patio seating.. I saw that and now cannot find it

That might have been Mon Ami Gabi, at Paris. Patio seating is first come, first served - but that shouldn't be a problem for breakfast. To me, the food is decent but not great. However, I have to admit it's enjoyable sitting on the patio, watching people and traffic go by.

I posted that in the thread about a Toronto native looking for great food. The place is Bouchon and I made that walk three times while staying at the Wynn. Pull up the floor plan of both the Wynn and the Palazzo/Venetian and you can see how to get there. Basically just walk through the Palazzo casino, past the shops and stay right until you get to the Venetian casino, then make your first left and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
