Restoran Malaysia in Richmond Hill has it.

Is this what you are looking for?

    Roti Pisang $3.50
Roti stuffed with ripe banana and topped with sweet condensed milk

I didn't find it anything special.

    You could make it yourself.

Buy roti from Indian supermarket or restaurant.
Put banana slices and condensed milk inside roti.
    Toast roti
    or pan fry roti.

Roti is probably of Indian origin.
Indians immigrated to Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Caribbean, etc
and brought their food with them to other countries.

Malaysians went to Thailand to work.
Thais went to Malaysia to work.
Bringing their food to other countries.

ever since i went to thailand 4 years ago, i've been hoping to find the banana roti you're talking about. the banana roti at restoran malaysia is NOT the same as the banana pancakes in thailand. i too am not aware of any place in TO that makes them but i saw a recipe in the toronto star a few months ago which looks authentic but i have yet to try it.

Bunni's suggestion to make them yourself would be quite different from what you're looking for.
