organic lard

does anyone know where in calgary i can buy organic lard? thanks.

    Well... you could easily make your own lard.
    Julie Van Rosendaal has a post. Looks easy!

      I believe I have seen it at Planet Organic in the freezer section, but it might have been shortening. Give them a call first.
