Leftover Sushi-grade tuna

Yes, believe it or not, I have leftover tuna from making sushi last night. It's cut already (thin strips so as to fit into a roll), so what can I do with it in lieu of just making more sushi? That is an option of course, but I don't want to eat sushi every day.

Any ideas?

Now why didn't I think of that? Thanks so much!

    2. Fry wonton wrappers, top with diced tuna and wasabi mayo. Also really good with mango and/or avocado if you have it.

      1. tuna tartare! there was actually a new thread about it really recently:

        1. You can make poke (season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onions, touch of soy and seaweed). Also, during last month's COTM, we made sesame tuna burgers (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/7055...). Easy to make and delicious with good quality tuna.
