Leftover Sushi-grade tuna
Yes, believe it or not, I have leftover tuna from making sushi last night. It's cut already (thin strips so as to fit into a roll), so what can I do with it in lieu of just making more sushi? That is an option of course, but I don't want to eat sushi every day.
Any ideas?

You can make poke (season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onions, touch of soy and seaweed). Also, during last month's COTM, we made sesame tuna burgers (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/7055...). Easy to make and delicious with good quality tuna.
