Leftover Sushi-grade tuna

jenscats5 Jul 18, 2010 01:48 PM

Yes, believe it or not, I have leftover tuna from making sushi last night. It's cut already (thin strips so as to fit into a roll), so what can I do with it in lieu of just making more sushi? That is an option of course, but I don't want to eat sushi every day.

Any ideas?

Fry wonton wrappers, top with diced tuna and wasabi mayo. Also really good with mango and/or avocado if you have it.

You can make poke (season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onions, touch of soy and seaweed). Also, during last month's COTM, we made sesame tuna burgers (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/7055...). Easy to make and delicious with good quality tuna.
