Any restaurant.com recommendations for Richmond?
We'll be staying downtown one night and a litlle further out W. Broad another night--we will have a car. We'll probably stay away from Chinese/Japanese, but other than that, we'll be eating out 3 meals a day and would welcome a variety of tasty options. If there really aren't any good options, we'd really appreciate knowing that too. We certainly don't have to use the restaurant.com certificates, just always nice to save a little $$.
Thanks in advance!
Lemair is probably the best restaurant in Richmond. The Black Sheep is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their menu is diversified and there's something for everyone. Lee St. has good burgers. Buzz and Ned's has the best BBQ. Comfort is great for lunch or dinner and cold drinks. Their menu has something for everyone. Millie's Diner has outstanding food for lunch or dinner. Six Burner is good fine dining for dinner and cold drinks.

My daughter is a student at U of Richmond and I purchased restaurant.com certificates for her and her friends for Couscous. They enjoyed the food and I have seen good reviews here for that restaurant.
It was also suggested on an earlier thread here that we try Eurasia on one of our trips. Unfortunately it didn't work out for us. It is further west then downtown but might work for you. They too have certificates.
Finally, Royal India has certificates and they have good reviews on trip advisor.
I haven't tried any of these although they are all on my list for the next few trips to the city. Hopefully, someone local can attest to the quality of these three places a bit better than me.
