Any recomendations for red-sauce Italian or sushi in the Danbury area? I'd also be open to a Chinese buffet.

We just came back from the Union Chinese Buffet on Newtown Rd in Danbury. The food was very good for what it is (the salmon was great) and there was a lot of variety. The sushi looked so-so and the sushi rolls were excellent. I was very impressed by how fresh everything was even though we got there late for lunch (it was about 3:30 PM on Sunday afternoon).

There is absolutely zero good Italian food of any kind in Danbury, not even in the way of well executed Italian American food. Della Francesca (horrible), Spasi (forgettable but not terrible I guess), etc...been to them all. Not worth it, or at the very least, you have to navigate their menus like a mine field in order to have a decent dinner.
