Midweek lunch in North End?

Hi all -
Been reading the posts and all great stuff! But specific question about midweek lunch recommendations for the North End. We have a few hours to spend between our flight landing in BOS and our Amtrak to Portland ME. We must go to Modern Pastry to bring our Portland friends Italian treats, but where should we eat? We are open to anything good that is open for lunch! Thanks.

Neptune Oyster is the obvious choice for seafood and they're open for lunch. Walk around and see what appeals to you there are many nice places. For pizza you have Reginas; for chicken parm I would go to Antico Forno. Artu does good sandwiches; thin crusted pizzas and grilled meats and Mother Annas is a good red sauce type of place.
