Las Vegas 4 nights
We will be in LAS for 4 nights, Mon-Thurs staying at the Encore. I haven't been to Vegas in many years so I am not that familiar with the town today. I need to decide where to go to dinner but I dont want to spend more than $150 per night, perhaps $200 tops.
A couple of nights could be less expensive places, but with decent food.
Please let me know what your suggestions would be. Thanks.

Got wheels? Get thee to Rosemary's... way out west on Sahara. Or you can take the bus which drops off right at the strip mall. One of LV's best fine dining experiences, and easily the best bang for the buck. Consistently blows away the "name" restaurants on the Strip.

My suggestion: go to joel robuchon once and spend 4-500 dollars one night, then eat at the buffet at the wynn or other cheaper deals at the decent places the other nights. you'll stay within your budget and have one of the best meals available in the united states.
better to eat at robuchon once then 3 150 dollar places.

If you're visiting Vegas for relaxation, stay close. Check the websites of both Encore and the Wynn. They are connected. Look for summer specials like Taste of Wynn. You are also across the street from the Plazzo/Venetian complex giving you access to a couple dozen more restaurants. Check their websites.
Finally, the Fashion Show Mall is right across Las Vegas Blvd. from the Wynn. Several good restaurants in there. Check the mall's website under dining. BTW, some restaurants serve full menu at the bar if you're eating alone.
After you've done that come back with questions. The more specific and less general they are, the easier it becomes to give better information so that you can make an informed choice.
