The overall best is off of my grill - bone-in ribeye with olive oil, coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper grilled just the other side of rare. But since you're not invited over... :)
We've been to all of them in town - and it really is a matter of taste - to us we thought Del Frisco's was a little overrated. We usually go to Charley's on South OBT as it's a simple solid steak and a little cheaper than the high end places.
But the best steak in Orlando isn't at a steakhouse. It's the porcini dusted filet at K Restaurant in College Park. Plus you can get the best app in town too - the fried green tomato and crab stack.

While I don't usually go to those "high-roller" steak houses, I can say that Del Frisco's made the best steak and was the best overall steak house experience I've ever had.
For a change of pace, you may also enjoy the decadent experience of Texas de Brazil, the all-you-can-eat rodizio-style Brazilian restaurant on International Drive, with never-ending steak and other high-quality meats brought right to your table, as well as the best salad bar ever.
