Kid-friendly in Watertown Square?

We have reason to be in Watertown Sq. tonight, and I'd love to try a new restaurant with two well-behaved-but-not-ridiculously-so toddlers. Anything is fine from storefront to mid-range as long as they have high chairs, but would prefer to try something hard to find elsewhere, if possible (e.g. no pizza or Chinese unless they're exceptional). TIA.

    1. Try Molana, well-prepared Persian food and family-friendly, right in Watertown Square.

That's what I'm talkin' bout. Thanks.

        • If you just go up Galen Street to Newton Corner (~5 blocks), you can hit Amarin Thai. Very family friendly and some of the best Thai food in the Western burbs.

The spinach soba noodle dish at Amarin is AWESOME!
Ask the server for extra "salty beans" in the dish.
              For $9.95 it's a value.
