Lunch recommendation for Central SD. Must have delicious onion rings.

My co-workers and I can't think of a place to grab lunch today. We work Downtown and would like to stay relatively close by. I've got a hankerin' for onion rings so a place that has good ones would be a welcome rec. Anything around $10 per person would be a bonus. Thanks everyone!

Hm... my memory might be failing me, but Neighborhood had some pretty good onion rings. It's going to be slightly more than $10 a person, but not much more.

I totally forgot about that place! I always seem to. Thanks for the rec!

I just hope you don't work on 1st and Ash or something... it's going to be a sweaty walk. ;) Their beer selection is fantastic, too.

I like Neighborhood's onion rings - large firm rings with a panko (I think) coating. Everything on the lunch menu was $7-11 but comes a la carte.

We've sort of over done it with Burger Lounge. It's my current favorite burger, but it's pricey and you can have too much of a good thing. Oddly enough, we ended up at Island's, which I'm not to much of a fodd snob to admit serves a perfectly good burger at a great lunch special price. Watch out for the bottomless fries though!
