Looking for help with Santa Rosa restaurants

I'm working on dining options for our upcoming trip to Sonoma county and need help sorting out the following: Flavor Bistro, Jack and Tony's, Jacksons Bar and Oven.
I want a casual place for dinner where on any given night we are more likely to meet local residents than tourists, and I really appreciate friendly service.
We aren't sophisticated eaters, but we aren't afraid of more sophisticated food; a good steak is just as appealing as Duck Confit at our house, but foams and fusion are not really things we are interested in.
I am also interested to learn about Zazu, but it looks like it may be more "dressy" than we have in mind for this trip.

Don't really know about the others, but Zazu is definitely not "dressy".

Jackson's is discussed on the Pizza in Santa Rosa thread.
Zazu has numerous posts about it.

Willi's Wine Bar on Redwood Highway is my regular favorite. Everything I've had there is so tasty. Great wine list, also, with good wines by the glass.

Thanks Maria. I've heard a lot of good things about Willi's.
Are you familiar at all with Jack and Tony's? We are leaning toward the Whisky Bar idea for a change.
