Dinner options near Marriott Hotel at Eaton Centre -- 525 Bay Street
will be in Toronto next week for business and am looking for a few good quality casual business dinner options. Looking for very good food, non-chain if possible, and casual. All cuisines are good and not concerned about $$. Walking distance from the hotel would be great, but willing to take a cab if its really worth it.

Sushi Shop is great for really quick sushi. Three Brewers across from the Eaton Centre really surprised me with the quality of their food (opt for a Flamme). The beer is cheap because it is brewed on site. If you're in the mood for authentic Italian, try Terroni. Lunch by yourself = Ritz caribbean.

A couple blocks north on Elm street is a gastro-pub called the Queen and Beaver which I rather enjoy.
If you walk south on Bay to Temperance you will find Rodney's by Bay. Great oysters and seafood in a casual environment.
If you want something a little more upscale you can head south on Bay to Queen and then west to Nota Bene. You'll see lots of reviews on the board for this resto.
All of these places are well within walking distance.
