When? This weekend? How much are you willing to pay per person, including tax, tip, drinks/wine? Any preferred cuisines? Neighborhood?

"Fun scene" and "good food" aren't enough to go on. Manhattan has literally thousands of restaurants.

Agreed. For some general ideas that get thrown around here a lot: Stanton Social? Freemans? Locanda Verde?

I think Hill Country can be fun for a big group like that - so easy to split the check and coordinate the meal and such - but it might not be a "scene"
