Bobolink Dairy

The Bobolink Dairy, which makes and sells great cheeses and breads, has completed its move from Sussex to Hunterdon County. They're located about a mile from Milford, which is on the Delaware River. My understanding is that the physical move is done but that the herd, and the humans, are still settling in.

Are they actually in business again? When I was on their web site, it looked like operations were frozen until fall...

They've been at the Dvoor Farm in Flemington every Sunday, as far as I know. (I haven't made it every week, but theyve been there every time I've gone.) And I just went on their website and their farmer's market schedule says they will be there every Sunday.

They were also at the Warwick farmers market last Sunday. I don't think they are baking yet, because their oven isn't finished.
