Dinner near Carlstadt

Hi Chowfolk,
I will be visiting my nieces (20-somethings) near Carlstadt/East Rutherford NJ next weekend and am looking for a fun place to take them for dinner. Any type of food is good. Don't need an "over the top" place, just one that has great food, good atmosphere and not too loud so we can talk and catch up. Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks!

We ended up at Paisano's and had a good meal. It was a bit noisy at first, but things quieted down after a while. Thanks for all the suggestions - we will try some of the others on the next trip!

I love Sabor Peru; the food is great, it's something different, and it's got a fun vibe--and it's BYO.

Bistro 55 on Rt 17S in Rochelle Park (less than a mile south of the mall and Rt 4) is hip/trendy (if you want to be the cool aunt/uncle) AND the food is good, but depending on when you go it can be a little loud. Not "I can't hear myself think" loud (imo), but it's a bustling place.
Personally, I think Park and Orchard is a bit dull, even if they do still have a good wine list.
