Blue Sky recent events 2010

I was told recently that Lydia Shire has totally removed herself from Blue Sky. The menu has been dumbed down a bit both in the number and quality of ingredients. I know the place opened with a lot of fanfare ans whatnot, but the reviews here and pricing have always kept me away. Has anyone been there recently? Is the cupcake bakery still operating below the restaurant?

We apoke with Lydia Shire a couple of weeks ago at Locke-Ober-she walked around and spoke with everyone in the dining room and she told us that she has no involvment with Blue Sky.
