Great typical restaurant in San Antonio

If you were to go to one reasonably prices restaurant in San Antonio, which one would it be? Meeting some overseas friends and I think they would like a meal in a SA institution (eating a Snickers in the Alamo doesn't count). I've already decided on Mi Corazon for lunch, but need a place for dinner.

    What is Mi Corazon?
I suppose the restaurant that might best exemplify what people think about San Antonio would be Mi Tierra in the Mercado.

The Chart House in the Tower of Americas would be original. It's a bit expensive though, but you could go for drinks and look over the Alamo City. Another place which would exemplify San Antonio is the Guenther House in the King William area which even has a little museum on the premises.

Chart House, drinks yes, food I'm not so sure about. It's part of the Landry's Chain, run by Tillman Fertitta, a local parriah here in Houston. I would suggest Boudro's on the river, a local San Antonio restaurant. If you're lucky and get a cool evening, eat outdoors.
