For really great Mexican at a local Mom & pop place (nothing at all like the industrial places and like you would find in Mexico) there is a good place in south Scranton

Amicis (Clarks Summit)
Sambuca (Downtown Scranton)
Cafe Rinaldi (Old Forge)

I look for, in order, 1. Freshly prepared food, not Cisco, Maines, Aramark etc., 2. Innovative Menu Items 3. Friendly, attentive service 4. Menu Priced to match 1,2,&3 above.
