Where to buy or eat a great Pate en croute
We have an elderly French friend who still dreams of his mom's pate en croute. Doe anybody know a place that sells them? A restaurant would be okay-I think we have a had a good one on occasion at St. Amour, but a place to buy one to take home would be even better.
I was hoping one of the folks here might have a good lead :)

Greetings, jpie!
You may want to give Saveurs a try. I’ve heard of but have no personal experience with them. The proprietor, Chef Jean Christophe Dupire, was born and schooled in France and is reputed to be accomplished at his craft.
