Julia and Jacques fish recipe?

I saw an episode of Julia and Jacques where Jacques made a fish recipe that included a number of seafoods in a large bread loaf that had a generous amount of garlic butter on bread and on top of the fish mixture. Does anyone have access to this recipe?
