so i just bought a whole tazamnian sea trout

and have 7 pounds worth of fillets. I know that its a sub for salmon but anyone have any recipes that are ocean trout specified?

It's been a couple of years, I know, but can you or others tell me where online I can buy Tasmanian Ocean Trout (A.K.A. Sea Trout)? Specifically, the the sustainably harvested ocean trout from South Austrailia, delivered fresh or frozen. Thanks!
