Am I missing something? (Choice Market croissant)
Some sources say this is one of the best croissants in the neighborhood, if not farther. But mine was definitively NOT memorable - no crispiness or flakiness and generally tasteless.Was this a fluke, or are there better places to get a fix in FG/CH? I know where to find Balthazar pastries -- wondering specifically about any local greats (a la Trois Pommes Patisserie).
