Saratoga Springs : Which restaurant(s) to choose

p

Will be in Saratoga Springs for two nights, one night with our teenage daughter. Our interests in restaurants are : 1) interesting/creative cuisane 2) nice casual fun environment . I have narrowed our choices to three restaurants : Beekman Bistro, Max Londons and the new restaurant just opened Mark and Anthony's. If you had to select two of the three which would be the two that are a "must" to go? Also, any addtiional choices that are a "can't miss?

I would x out Mark and Anthony's, but add Maestro's.

Ditto for crossing Jacob & Anthony's off the list. To be fair, I have not been yet.

Have been to Max London's (enjoyed the apps, definitely more creative/interesting than BB) and Beekman Bistro (standard greenmarket fare in a casual setting, not sure about "fun environment"). Not sure I would classify ML and BB as "must" go. A recent thread re: Jacob & Anthony's:

I'd add Phila Fusion. I have not been yet but SO has and enjoyed it. Might be fun for your daughter if she likes Asian food. A recent thread:
