Good Happy Hour near Radio City

Anyone know of a good Happy Hour in the Radio City area? Cheap-ish beers and cocktails along with bar-type munchies. Prefer RCMH and west. Not afraid of a walk. Thanks

    BXL Cafe on 43rd between 6th and 7th is a good bet.
